Refund Policy
At Treats by Saynia LLC , we want you to love every bite of your order! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how we handle refunds and exchanges:
1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you requested, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
2. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery. After that, we may not be able to cancel because items are freshly made.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we confirm your request. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment used for the order.
4. Custom Orders
Because custom orders are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable, unless there is a mistake on our part.
